What a room costs at Twin Falls Motel

A single room at 2152 Kimberly Rd is $65 for a night or $250 for a week. Single rooms are the only kind this address has, so that is the whole rate card.

Seven separate nights at $65 comes to $455. The week is $250. The gap is $205, and both of those numbers are published, so the arithmetic is yours to check.

Below is what a week costs at every Twin Falls business that publishes a weekly rate, read off their own websites on September 2, 2026, along with the places where somebody else is cheaper than we are.

The rate at this address

Twin Falls Motel rents single rooms. There is no double and no studio at 2152 Kimberly Rd, which keeps the card short.

New Leaf Properties has run motels in Twin Falls since 2005. Eric Watte owns and manages them, all twelve of them, and the single rate is the same $65 at every one of them that has singles. What is above is a published rate card, not a booking engine price recalculated for whichever date you type in. Rates can change, so what is on this page is what is published today, September 2, 2026.

Seven nights against one week

This is the piece of arithmetic that actually matters to somebody deciding how to book. Seven nights bought one at a time is $455. The weekly rate is $250. That is $205 less for the same seven nights in the same room.

The crossover sits at four nights. Three nights costs $195, which is under the week. Four nights costs $260, which is over it. So if you are booking four nights or more, ask about the weekly rate when you call, because on the published card the week is the cheaper of the two.

A week here against every weekly rate published in Twin Falls

Four lodging businesses in this town publish a weekly rate on their own websites. Here they are, side by side.

BusinessAddressWeekly rate as publishedWhat one week costs at that rate
Twin Falls Motel2152 Kimberly Rd$250 a week, single room$250
Canyon Springs Extended Stay1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N"As low as $295 a week!"$295
Motel 6 Twin Falls1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N"$45 /night", labeled Weekly rate (7-night minimum)$315
Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay952 Blue Lakes Blvd N"As Low As $360/Week" in the page titles. "As low as $480 a week!" in the body copy and FAQ.$360 or $480, depending on which part of their site you read

Every figure was read off that business's own website on September 2, 2026. Nothing here came from a booking aggregator or a review site. These numbers move, so check the source before you decide.

Our $250 is the lowest weekly rate of those four on September 2, 2026. That is the whole claim and it is worth being exact about, because three other businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate too. The next lowest is $295, and the one after that is $315.

Blue Lakes Inn is the odd one. Their site carries two different weekly figures at the same time. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description still says $360 a week, and $360 does not appear anywhere in the visible copy. $360 is the figure that shows up in a search result, so that is probably the one you saw. Both were live on September 2, 2026, and we are not going to quietly quote the higher one at you.

Motel 6 states their weekly rate as $45 a night with a seven night minimum, read off motel6.com on September 2, 2026. Seven times $45 is $315. That is their own stated minimum, not a figure we built to make a point.

One more nearby business publishes no weekly rate at all. On September 2, 2026, SureStay by Best Western at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N had no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere on its site, and the rate filter in its booking engine had no extended stay option. Its engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026, which is a live quote for one date and not a rate card.

What our week works out to per day

Drive north on Blue Lakes Boulevard looking for a room by the week and you pass two extended stay motels advertising a per night number. Both numbers are real. Neither is the whole page. Here is what each site publishes and where, read September 2, 2026.

  • Canyon Springs, 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Homepage, title tag and meta description: "As Low As $295/Week".
  • Its Rooms and Rates page: "Rates as low as $45 a night".
  • Its FAQs: "Weekly rentals start as low as $295 per week", "Monthly rentals begin at $1,100 per month".
  • Blue Lakes Inn, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Body copy: "As low as $480/week!". Title tag and meta description at the same time: "As Low As $360/Week". Also "As low as $53/night when you book a month!".
  • Its FAQs: "Weekly rentals start as low as $480 per week", "Monthly rentals begin at $1600 per month".
  • Motel 6, 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Booking engine: $45 a night as a weekly rate, seven night minimum, $315 a week.

Both FAQ pages carry the question "What is the minimum stay?" Canyon Springs answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms to accommodate your needs." Blue Lakes Inn answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms..." The per night number sits on one page; the stay length answer sits on another, listing weekly and monthly.

New Leaf publishes a single at $65 a night or $250 a week. 250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week, and 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. A studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, no nightly rate, so no daily figure.

Room or motelPublished ratePer day
New Leaf single$250 a week$35.71
New Leaf double$275 a week$39.29
New Leaf studio$325 a weekWeek only
Canyon Springs$295 a week$42.14
Motel 6$315, 7 nights$45.00
Blue Lakes Inn$360 a week$51.43
Blue Lakes Inn$480 a week$68.57

Published weekly rates, read September 2, 2026. Every per day figure is that week divided by seven paid nights. Blue Lakes Inn runs both of its figures at once. Motel 6 is a booking engine quote. Of the Twin Falls lodging businesses publishing a weekly rate, $250 was the lowest we read that day.

The single steps down again. A stay of up to 30 days is $1,000. That is a flat price for the stay, so it comes to $33.33 a day only if you use all thirty: 1000 / 30 = 33.333... Thirty days at the weekly rate would be 250 / 7 x 30 = $1,071.43, so the 30 day rate saves $71.43. Canyon Springs publishes $1,100 a month, which is $36.67 a day, and Blue Lakes Inn $1,600 a month, which is $53.33 a day. Theirs renew. Every New Leaf reservation is capped at 30 days, so for a longer stay we are not the right business.

What we are not claiming. We are not saying either motel rents by the week only. Neither minimum stay answer above states a number of nights, and we leave it there. We are also not cheapest for one night: Canyon Springs publishes $45 and our single night is $65. And $35.71 takes seven paid nights, the same way $33.33 takes all thirty days.

Room type decides the address. A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three sell a studio only: 760 Main Ave Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave S; Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W; Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N. Twin Falls Motel, 2152 Kimberly Rd, sells a single only. Book on that property's own site, or call (208) 733-8620.

Where somebody else is cheaper

Canyon Springs Extended Stay publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on its own site, read there on September 2, 2026. That is below our $65. If you need one night and one night only, they publish a lower number than we do.

Blue Lakes Inn publishes "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" on its own site, also on September 2, 2026. That is below our $65 as well, though it is a monthly commitment rather than a rate you can take for a single night.

Motel 6 publishes no standing nightly rate. Their engine quoted $95 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026, and $56 to $61 a night for October 14 to 15, 2026 at the member rate, against a struck through $64 to $69. A mid October midweek night there came in under our $65. Those are live quotes for named dates, they move daily, and quoting them as a standing rate would be dishonest in either direction.

So on a single night, cheaper rooms exist in Twin Falls. What our $65 is good for is being a published number rather than a quote, and what our $250 is good for is being the lowest published week in town on September 2, 2026. If your stay is one night, price it against the ones above. If it is a week or longer, the table is the answer.

Who this room actually suits

2152 Kimberly Rd sits on the east side of town, closer to the plants than to the mall. Here is what is what by car, measured on the road network on September 1, 2026.

  • Amalgamated Sugar, 2320 Orchard Dr E. 1.4 miles, about 3 minutes.
  • Twin Falls Public Library, 201 4th Ave E. 1.7 miles, about 4 minutes.
  • Chobani, 3450 Kimberly Rd. 1.8 miles, about 4 minutes.
  • College of Southern Idaho, 315 Falls Ave. 3.8 miles, about 7 minutes.
  • Shoshone Falls. 4.1 miles, about 7 minutes.
  • Magic Valley Mall, 1485 Pole Line Rd E. 4.4 miles, about 10 minutes.
  • St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, 801 Pole Line Rd W. 5.0 miles, about 10 minutes.
  • Magic Valley Regional Airport, 492 Airport Loop. 6.7 miles, about 14 minutes.

A trade working a job at the sugar plant or at Chobani is three or four minutes from the room. Somebody sitting with family at St Luke's is ten minutes out and paying $250 for the week instead of a nightly rate seven times over. A student or a parent at CSI is seven minutes away. A family stopping to see the falls is seven minutes from the canyon and fourteen from the airport. And somebody between places to live gets a weekly rate with no lease and no credit check behind it.

The honest limit is the room type. This address has singles. If you need a double or a studio, read the last section, because one of our other properties is nine minutes up the road on foot.

What is within walking distance

Kimberly Road is why people stay here without a car. Walking times below were measured on the real pedestrian network on September 1, 2026, not drawn straight across a map.

  • Janitzio Mexican Restaurant, 2096 Kimberly Rd. 2 minutes on foot. Twelve places to eat sit inside walking range in total.
  • Loong Hing Restaurant, 1719 Kimberly Rd. 15 minutes.
  • Anything Auto, 226 Eastland Dr. 4 minutes. NAPA Auto Parts, 1880 Kimberly Rd. 7 minutes. Carquest Auto Parts, 1806 Kimberly Rd. 12 minutes.
  • Stinker Stores for fuel, 1777 Kimberly Rd. 14 minutes.
  • Grocery Outlet, 2318 Addison Ave E. 24 minutes. Twelve grocery and corner stores in total.
  • The Pack 208 CrossFit & Hyrox Performance Club, 2346 Eldridge Ave. 18 minutes. YMCA, 1751 Elizabeth Blvd. 24 minutes.
  • Oleary Junior High School, 12 minutes. Morningside Elementary School, 23 minutes.

Two things are not close, and you should know that before you book without a car. The only laundromat inside walking range is Magic Suds Addison at 1539 Addison Ave E, 1.8 miles and 39 minutes on foot. The nearest pharmacy is 27 minutes on foot, and there is one of them. Plan both, or plan a ride.

Booking, and the deposit

You can book online at moteltf.com/reserve.html, or by phone on (208) 733-8620. No lease. No credit check. Se Habla Espanol.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct: each property takes bookings on its own site, or by phone. That was checked on September 2, 2026 by searching all three sites.

The deposit depends on the room. On some rooms it is one week's rent at move in. On others there is none. Which one applies to the room you are asking about is a question for the phone, and you should hear that number from the person holding the keys rather than read a wrong one on a webpage.

Other places to stay near this address

Within a mile of this door there are three different kinds of place to stay, and they are worth telling apart before you call any of them.

  • Oregon Trails Campground, 2733 Kimberly Rd. 0.76 miles, about a minute by car, 18 minutes on foot. A campground and an RV park, not a motel.
  • Capri Motel, 1341 Kimberly Rd. 0.8 miles, about 2 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot.
  • Cherrywood Apartments, 2026 Elizabeth Blvd. 0.88 miles, about 2 minutes by car, 19 minutes on foot. An apartment is a different arrangement, with a lease on the other end of it.

Three lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish no rate anywhere, because none of them has a working website. That was checked on September 2, 2026. Capri Motel's domain, caprimoteltwinfalls.com, is unregistered and returns nothing. Holiday Motel at 615 Addison Ave W has no website found, and the domain a directory lists for it belongs to a Holiday Motel in Lordsburg, New Mexico and returns a 404. Falls Ave Suites at 798 Falls Ave has no business website found either. That is a fact about the market and not a judgment on their rooms. It does mean the only way to price them is to pick up the phone, which is worth knowing before you spend an evening looking.

If you need a double or a studio, the nearest of our other properties is Kimberly Road Extended Stay at 1827 Kimberly Rd, 0.42 miles and about 9 minutes on foot from this door. A double there is $75 a night or $275 a week. A studio is $325 a week, weekly only, with no nightly rate at all.

Questions people ask

$65 for one night, $250 for a week. Twin Falls Motel has single rooms only, so that is the whole card.

Four. Three nights at $65 comes to $195, which is under the $250 week. Four nights comes to $260, which is over it. Seven nights bought one at a time would be $455, or $205 more than the week.

For a single night, yes. Canyon Springs Extended Stay publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on its own site, below our $65. Blue Lakes Inn publishes "As low as $53/night when you book a month!", which is a monthly commitment rather than a single night. Motel 6's booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night for October 14 to 15, 2026 at the member rate. All checked on September 2, 2026, and chain quotes move daily. For a full week, our $250 was the lowest of the four weekly rates published in town on that date.

No. This address is single rooms only. The nearest of our properties that has the others is Kimberly Road Extended Stay, 1827 Kimberly Rd, about 9 minutes on foot. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week. A studio is $325 a week, weekly only, with no nightly studio rate.

It depends on the room. On some rooms it is one week's rent at move in. On others there is none. Call (208) 733-8620 and ask about the specific room, because the answer is not the same everywhere.

Neither. You can book online at moteltf.com/reserve.html, or by phone on (208) 733-8620. Se Habla Espanol.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct: each property takes bookings on its own site, or by phone. That was checked on September 2, 2026.

Our published card is the nightly and the weekly. Anything longer is a conversation on the phone. For comparison, two other businesses publish monthly figures on their own sites: Canyon Springs says monthly rentals begin at $1,100 per month, and Blue Lakes Inn says monthly rentals begin at $1600 per month. Both checked September 2, 2026.

Their body copy and FAQ say $480 a week. Their page titles and meta descriptions say $360 a week, and $360 appears nowhere in the visible copy. $360 is the figure that shows in a search result. Both were live on September 2, 2026. If you are comparing against them, ask them which one applies.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 5.0 miles, about 10 minutes by car. College of Southern Idaho is 3.8 miles, about 7 minutes. Magic Valley Regional Airport is 6.7 miles, about 14 minutes. All measured on the road network on September 1, 2026.

Yes, a single is $65 and a double is $75 for one night. The studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, with no nightly rate. The $35.71 a day figure is the $250 week divided across seven paid nights, not a one night price.

250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. The double at $275 a week is 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. Read September 2, 2026, $250 was the lowest of the weekly rates published by Twin Falls lodging businesses that publish one.

Up to 30 days per reservation. A single is $1,000 for a stay of up to 30 days. It is a flat price for the stay, so it works out to $33.33 a day only if you use the full thirty, and more per day on a shorter stay. It is available at the nine addresses that have a single. There is no up to 30 days rate for the double or the studio. Idaho law can create a tenancy once a stay runs 30 continuous days, which is why every reservation stops there.

By the week, on the single: $35.71 a day against $42.14 at Canyon Springs and $51.43 or $68.57 at Blue Lakes Inn, from the rates each of them publishes. By the night there is nothing to compare. Canyon Springs does not sell a single night: its FAQ offers weekly and monthly rentals only, from $295 a week, so the $45 a night on its Rooms and Rates page is that week divided by seven. Our $65 is a night you can book on its own. Our studio at $325 a week is above Canyon Springs at $295 and above Motel 6 at $315, and below both Blue Lakes Inn figures.

A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three addresses sell a studio only, and Twin Falls Motel at 2152 Kimberly Rd sells a single only. Book on that property's own site; the twelve booking pages are listed at tfrooms.com/locations.html. Or call (208) 733-8620 and we will tell you which address has your room type open.

No. That figure is a weekly rate divided by seven, and it takes seven paid nights. One night is $65 in a single and $75 in a double, at the addresses that have those rooms. The studio is booked by the week only and has no nightly price.

No. Our studio is $325 a week, which is $30 above Canyon Springs' $295 week and $10 above the $315 that the Motel 6 weekly rate comes to. The single at $250 a week and the double at $275 are the two that come in under both. Motel 6's $45 carries a seven night minimum, which is $315 for the week, and Canyon Springs' $45 a night is an as low as figure rather than a flat rate.
